Therapy is a useful tool for self-discovery and reflection. There are many challenges in the human experience. The two most pressing are usually the relationship with our mind (intensely self-critical) and finding meaning and purpose.
I utilize cognitive techniques to support clients in befriending their mind, relieving depressive and anxiety symptoms.
Spiritual tools are part of my practice, including journaling, meditation, and philosophical questions.
